Laser Clinic Katherine Terms & Conditions
In-person bookings require a deposit of $30. Online booking requires a deposit of 40% for all services. Via Cash, Credit Card or Direct Deposit. If not able to use either method, it is then expected that the booking is not confirmed until the client can pay in cash prior to the appointment. Where applicable, Saturday bookings will require a strict 50% deposit.
Your appointments are very important to us at the Laser Clinic Katherine, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore we respectfully request 24 hours notice for cancellations.
STRICT AND ENFORCED 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We will always send you an appointment reminder SMS 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you have booked weeks prior. A response to the SMS is required to confirm your attendance or non-attendance. Failure to respond to the SMS or otherwise notify the Laser Clinic of your attendance or non-attendance at least 24hrs prior to your appointment may result in the cancellation of your appointment. Since the appointment is reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.
If you do not notify the clinic 24 hours prior to cancel your appointment we will retain your deposit.
NO SHOWS will result in the forfeit of your full deposit.
Appointments made within a 24 hour period and need to cancel: - The client then must cancel within 4 hours of the appointment time or will result in the forfeit of the deposit paid.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members schedule filled, thus better servicing everyone. Laser Clinic Katherine policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. With any IPL Skin treatments it is a strict policy of our clinic that you obtain a skin clearance certificate from your General Practitioner or Skin Screening professional.
