A 25% DEPOSIT for all services 45 minutes or more, payable on booking.  Via Credit Card or Direct Deposit.  If not able to use either method, then it is expected that the booking in not confirmed until the client can pay in cash prior to appointment.

Your appointments are very important to us at the Laser Clinic Katherine, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore  we respectfully request 24 hours notice for cancellations.

STRICT AND ENFORCED 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We always send you appointment reminder SMS 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you have booked weeks prior.  Since the appointment is reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. 

If you do not notify the clinic 24 hours prior to cancel your appointment we will charge you.

  • FOR A 30 MINUTE OR LESS APPOINTMENT IT IS $5

  • FOR A 45 MINUTE OF MORE APPOINTMENT IT IS 25% of the service price.

  • NO SHOWS will be charged 25% of the reserved service amount

  • Appointments made within a 24 hour period and need to cancel: - The client then must cancel within 4 hours of the appointment time or will result in a charge equal to or 25% of the reserved service amount.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members schedule filled, thus better servicing everyone.  Laser Clinic Katherine policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.
